What We Offer
Initial Consultation
All new clients start with a FREE one hour training session. During this session I can evaluate what your dog knows, any specific issues you are having, and dig deeper into what your goals are.
Each training program is customized to your lifestyle and your dog’s needs. I will also show some free tips and tricks to help with many common problems dog owners face.
Lifestyle Training
- Greeting manners (not jumping)
- Waiting politely at doors and gates (wait when they are opened until you release them)
- Waiting politely for meals (wait until they are released)
- Training with distractions (dogs and people)
- End of training public visit to proof the training, fun visits to a veterinarian, calm well-mannered visits to restaurant, trips to dog friendly businesses where there are many people, and trips to places with lots of dogs or animals.
List of Commands
- "Attention," focus on handler.
- "Sit."
- "Down."
- "Come," sit in front.
- "Go to [Place]," all 4 paws on an object (dog bed, platform, or area rug).
- "Go to Kennel/Crate," freely enter crate and calmly exit crate upon release.
- "Heel," loose leash walking with shoulder next to left leg.
- "Easy," relax walk, or potty walk, dog can go to end of leash but no pulling.
- "Free", release from all commands.
- "Let Me See," allow touching and inspection of body, paw, ear, etc.
Owner Participation
Owners are required to be involved in the training process. This includes a once-a-week private training session while the dog is living at the training facility, an in-home/going home transition training session, and a once-a-week training session for the following month after the dog goes home.
The training is only halfway over when the dog goes home, and consistency and support are needed from the owners and their trainer to maintain all the hard work the dog has gone through.
Program Pricing
Foundation (4 Weeks) - $3,500
The basic program that contains all the foundation all programs are based on.
This program is the best fit for dogs who just need better manors and reliable obedience.
Puppy (6 Weeks) - $4,500
Includes potty training and environmental desensitization.
Young dogs have a shorter attention span and need more time to establish obedience command, so this program involves much more exposure training to environmental changes, respectful interactions with other dogs and people, and play training.
Off Leash (6-8 Weeks) - $4,500/$5,500
Off leash remote collar training. For owners who need perfect obedience, strong outdoor off leash recall, or want their dog to have more freedom.
Behavioral Modification (6-8 Weeks) - $4,500/$5,500
This program deals with extreme separation anxiety, fear, destructive behaviors, aggression towards humans, aggression towards dogs/animals, and extreme reactivity.
